Eco-friendly production of wood products

The governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov visited the company's wood processing plant.

At the end of 2020, a major investment project for the construction of a woodworking complex began on the territory of the city of Chulym, which is located in the Novosibirsk region. The launch of the enterprise allows to provide the local population with jobs. The Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Andrey Travnikov, and the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region, Andrey Shimkiv, during a working trip to the Chulymsky district, were convinced of the successful implementation of this ambitious project. They got acquainted with the wide range of products of the GRIFON company, which is far from being limited to wood products.

The production is engaged in the processing of local wood and the production of consumer goods from it (cotton swabs, toothpicks, cutlery, stirrers, skewers, charcoal and much more). The volume of output for the first quarter of 2023 amounted to 14.6 million rubles.

Governor Andrey Travnikov asked the Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship Development of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Goncharov to help ensure the supply of more raw materials for the enterprise. During the implementation of the project, the company creates 400 jobs for residents of many several districts of the Novosibirsk region.
