When cooking, we have been using proven means for a long time: baking bags, foil and parchment. We are used to seeing the latter either in a rolled version or in rectangular sheets. It should be agreed that for a long time it was not very convenient to use this parchment in round forms: it had to be cut out in a cunning way or placed inside with folds.

GRIFON parchment for round shapes is intended for use in the oven and for the microwave. Also, in these round sheets, you can store food in the refrigerator or freezer. The diameter of the parchment sheets is 36 cm. Thanks to the cuts at the edges, it can be easily placed inside molds of different diameters. Baked products do not stick to the parchment, they are easily separated from the surface.

GRIFON parchment for round shapes can be used not only for baking confectionery in gas and electric ovens and microwave ovens, but also for cooking in a frying pan at temperatures up to 220 ° C. Try to cook chicken breast on parchment placed in a frying pan - it turns out surprisingly tasty and without the additional use of fats and oils it turns out.
