GRIFON baking parchment in round shapes is designed for cooking, baking, packaging and storing food products. If we talk about the temperature regime at which it can be used in gas and electric ovens, then it is a maximum of 220 °C. The silicone coating of the parchment makes it greaseproof and heat-resistant, and also increases the separating properties of the parchment.

Due to the presence of die-cuts around the entire diameter, a sheet of GRIFON parchment can easily be placed inside a baking dish with a diameter of 24 to 36 cm. The silicone coating will not allow the dish to burn, and it will also easily allow it to be separated from both the working surfaces and the parchment itself.

Inside the package there are 7 sheets of parchment, which makes it easier to use, because now there is no need to measure and cut. The parchment can be used repeatedly.
